Smoothie for Running
My friend H tells me it's called a 'funky monkey'. I think this is a great name for a food. Here's how you make it:
- 1 banana
- ice (if not using frozen banana)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- some chocolate chips (I like the PC brand plant-based ones)
- 1 cup of oat milk (or whatever milk. i don't believe in dairy propaganda)
Put it in a blender. You're done. Then you can go run so far and so fast first thing in the morning!
